In accordance with the provisions of Articles 15, 16, and others of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and the requirements set forth by such legislation, it is established that ARTIFIBRAS, S.A. DE C.V., located at Blvd. Industrial #445, Col. Eduardo Ruíz, C.P. 60130, in Uruapan, Michoacán, is responsible for the custody, use, and protection of the personal data provided. Your information will be used for the following purposes:
A) The personal data you provide will be held by ARTIFIBRAS S.A. DE C.V. for the following:
1. Inventory and personnel information;

3. To eventually contact you for work-related matters and for any internal or external audit;
4. Personal data updates through periodic socio-economic studies;
5. Issuance of tax receipts;
6. Delivery of purchased production lines, as well as sending technical information and usage applications for the product lines sold by ARTIFIBRAS S.A. DE C.V., as well as sending advertising and promotions related to the product lines;
7. Hiring of professional services required in the Outsourcing modality, with national or foreign companies, third parties, or group companies, for handling information;
8. You are also informed that, at all times, if you access the facilities of ARTIFIBRAS S.A. DE C.V., you will be video recorded by security cameras installed for that purpose. The images and sounds captured will be used to prevent and/or clarify the probable commission of a crime and for the safety of customers, suppliers, visitors, yourself, and other staff.
B) Your personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties, nor will it be used for any purpose other than that stated in the previous section.
C) Your personal information will be handled and safeguarded with various physical and electronic security measures, based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility as enshrined in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
D) The responsibility for managing your personal data will be under the charge and responsibility of ARTIFIBRAS S.A. DE C.V. at the address located at Boulevard Industrial number 445, Colonia Eduardo Ruiz, postal code 60130, in Uruapan, Michoacán.
E) Regarding your personal data, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition (ARCO Rights) by sending an email to the following address: artifibras@artifibras.com.mx (To process your request, you must include all the requirements specified in Article 29 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), which we ask you to confirm by phone at the number 452 503 3100 to ensure its proper receipt by the corresponding department.
F) ARTIFIBRAS S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to modify this "Privacy Notice" in the future or transfer the data to national or foreign companies, third parties, or group companies for data handling. In any case, any modification or transfer will be communicated to you through a personal notice, publication, or email.
